Theory of Habit and Motion

Fit 4 Change believes that in order to change the outwardly

physical appearence of the body, you must first seek to undo, or change the learned lifelong unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors (HABITS) that lead to the desire to make a change.   

Achieving a healthy level of fitness requires a mental and physical liftstyle change.  A body in motion will tend to stay in motion, while a body at rest will literally cease to exist!
